Hey Team!

Our first doubleheader was awesome! We really improved hitting the ball! Keep practicing at home if you have time!

Saturday is the first day that we will have players pitching. If your daughter wants to pitch this year, spend some time practicing hitting the strike zone. The mound distance for our league is 35'. 

This week is a little weird. When we have doubleheaders, there are no games the following Wednesday and the field is booked for games so we can't have practice at Optimist field. 

However, there has been a make-up game scheduled for Thursday night. 

Thursday Game is at Legacy 1, gametime at 5:15 (warmups at 4:45)... 90° in the forecast?!?
Saturday Game is at Legacy 1, gametime at 1:00 (warmups at 12:30)

Let's hope they got the fields right and the rain holds off this week!

Considering the weird schedule, please use the RSVP tool on the site so I know if we'll have enough players on Thursday. 

I'll be out of town on Saturday, but our coaches will be there to run the show!
